Tan Sri Zulhasnan Rafique
Tan Sri Zulhasnan is an experienced entrepreneur, diplomat and businessman who began his career as a Commissioned Officer and Fighter Pilot at the Royal Malaysian Air Force and retired with the rank of Major(Air) in 1985. He has more than 25 years of business experience in variousindustries including aviation, civil/building construction, industrial petroleum and gas trading, and property investment and development. He also served on several boards in Malaysian public listed companies, namely Island & Peninsular, Aircraft Inspection Repair & Overhaul Depot, and Kuantan Flour Mills Berhad.
Zafrullah Md Noor
Zafrullah Md Noor is a seasoned leader in the construction and property management industries with over 30 years of experience. As Managing Director at Seri Meraga Properties Sdn Bhd since 2006—and previously at Seri Meraga Construction Sdn Bhd—he has a proven track record in driving business growth, managing high-stake projects, and delivering excellence in property development. With a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying and an MBA from IIUM, Zafrullah specializes in business consulting, project management, and budgeting. His diverse experience, from contract management to executive roles, underlines his commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the built environment.
